Welcome to our 25th season! Campbell's Custom Deer
Processing proudly serves the southeast and frequently
beyond! What started as a part time interest for owner,
Tom Campbell, has grown into a full time passion. By starting
with basic processing and adding items to our "specialty menu"
each year, we are now pleased to offer you over 56 custom
made venison product choices. Summer sausage, jerky, bacon
and snack sticks (in multiple flavors) are number one with our
customers. Pickled snack sticks are our newest addition.
We have a full line of fresh twist link sausages that can satisfy
any sausage lover's taste. Deli meat favorites like bologna,
ham, salami and pepperoni are sure hits on sandwich nights.
Our hotdogs ("deerdogs") and bacon burgers delight even our
smallest customers. We also have a variety of jalepeno and
cheese products that hit the spot for those who like to crank
up the flavor. Our most recent additions to the menu are now
best sellers with our customers... we are proud to introduce
venison BACON! It's quick and easy to prepare, but most of all
its true bacon flavor leaves you wanting more. It comes in three
flavors, regular, gourmet pepper crusted and maple.
And of course we offer old stand-bys like tender cube steak, bite
size stew tips, lean ground deer burger, custom sliced ham steaks,
roasts, butterfly steaks and prime cut tender loins.
This year we have created a blog that will be up and running at the
start of the season. It will feature tips, recipes, hunting news and
most important, our Wall of Fame! It is currently under
